Action required:
If you or your partners operate an external OP L2 testnet node, you must upgrade op-node and op-geth to the versions specified in the official notice:

Nodes not upgraded correctly will stop syncing after activation.

No action required if you:

• Use Conduit RPC directly, or

• Operate a Base L3 testnet - do not upgrade because the latest version does not support this configuration
