Action required:
If you or your partners operate an external Agglayer CDK L2 testnet node, you must upgrade op-node and op-geth to the versions specified in the official notice:
https://docs.optimism.io/notices/fusaka-notice#for-node-operators
Nodes not upgraded correctly will stop syncing after activation.
No action required if you:
Use Conduit RPC directly, or
Operate a Base L3 chain.
