We’re ready to proceed with the Nitro Contracts v3.1.0 and ArbOS 51 upgrades for Reya Testnet.

What’s Included

• Upgrade from ArbOS 40 to ArbOS 51

• Upgrade Nitro contracts to v3.1.0

• Includes the improvements introduced with ArbOS 51, including Ethereum Fusaka-related changes and groundwork for future capabilities such as Permissionless Fault Proofs and Native Token Mint/Burn.

⚠️ Required Actions

No action is required from you before the upgrade, and your existing external nodes will continue syncing normally.

After the upgrade is complete, we’ll reach out with an updated chainInfo.json file.

At that point, if you or your partners are running external nodes, we recommend:

• Upgrading Nitro to:

  • v3.9.6 — minimum required version

  • v3.11.3 — recommended version

• Ensuring --node.staker.enable=false is configured

• Updating your node to use the latest chainInfo.json we provide
